Property Preservation Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Property Preservation Specialist III to manage property preservation tasks in the mortgage servicing industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Order and manage property preservation activities on serviced properties
• Monitor and coordinate with vendors for property repairs and evictions
• Prepare reports on REO, inspections, and property preservation status

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Minimum of 3 years experience in real estate or default mortgage servicing
• Minimum of 3 years experience in property preservation or home repair
• Knowledge of eviction laws and mortgage industry practices
• Experience with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word
