Property Preservation Specialist

Job Summary

Detail-oriented and experienced, the full-time Property Preservation Specialist III will manage property preservation tasks, oversee vendor actions for damaged properties, and coordinate evictions while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Order and manage property preservation for properties serviced by clients
• Monitor vacant and damaged properties to ensure compliance with agency guidelines
• Coordinate the eviction process and work with vendors to secure and repair properties

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in real estate or default mortgage servicing
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in property preservation or home repair
• Knowledge of eviction laws across all states
• Working knowledge of mortgage industry practices and the real estate closing process
