Job Summary

A company is looking for a Property Preservation Specialist II to manage property preservation activities for serviced properties.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage property preservation orders and monitor property conditions
• Coordinate with vendors and agencies to resolve property violations and ensure compliance with guidelines
• Prepare management reports on REO properties and provide support to junior specialists

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 2+ years of experience in real estate, mortgage servicing, or property preservation
• Familiarity with state-specific eviction laws and investor requirements
• Understanding of business practices in the mortgage industry
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
