Job Summary
Focusing on core defects resolution and documentation, the full-time FLEX Manager, Property ResApp Product Support will manage defect awareness, testing, and cross-functional release coordination while partnering with Global Technology to maintain ResApp stability and support property operations.
Key responsibilities
- Support execution and readiness of reservation system product releases and manage defect awareness and testing
- Advocate for Property/GXP users to prioritize enhancements and defect resolutions with Global Technology partners
- Maintain and update training and support materials to drive adoption and ensure effective training development
Required qualifications
- 4-year degree from an accredited university in Business Administration, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related major
- 4+ years of relevant experience in reservation sales or revenue management within the lodging/hospitality industry
- Experience with MARSHA, HPP, MarRFP, and preferably EMPOWER Reservations
- 2+ years of experience in reservations-related disciplines, working directly with Full Service/Lifestyle/Luxury brands
