Property Research Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Property Research Analyst to support the appraisal process through property research and data management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough research on properties using various data sources to gather relevant market data
• Gather and organize data on comparable properties and market conditions for appraisal use
• Assist in data entry and report preparation for appraisal reports, ensuring accuracy and completeness

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree; industry-related field preferred
• Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in a related field preferred
• A minimum of 1+ year of experience in real estate research and/or market analysis required
• Experience in data entry/data management and time series analysis/forecasting
• Strong data software applications skills and proficiency with MS Office Suite
