Job Summary

A company is looking for a Property and Casualty Sales Producer.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain agency relationships across the U.S., analyze client risks, and prepare proposals
• Expand market reach through strategic partnerships and achieve sales targets
• Maintain strong relationships with producers, drive client acquisition, and collaborate with key stakeholders

Qualifications:

• Active Property and Casualty License
• 4+ years of personal lines insurance sales experience
• Experience with high-net-worth carriers preferred
• Self-confident decision-maker with a positive attitude
• Schedule availability Monday to Friday, Rotating Saturdays
