Property Tax Accountant

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Property Tax Accountant to support real and personal property tax compliance across the United States and Canada.

Key Responsibilities

• Support U.S. and Canadian property tax compliance, including tax payments and accruals
• Partner with external vendors for accurate filings and resolve discrepancies
• Prepare data for property tax renditions and assist with property tax appeals

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• CPA designation or progress toward CPA preferred
• 1-3 years of experience in corporate or property tax compliance
• Experience with ERP systems and tax compliance tools preferred
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment
