Property Tax Analyst

Job Summary

Supporting cross-functional teams, the full-time remote Property Tax Analyst will coordinate data uploads, manage property tax payments, and maintain accurate records while interacting with various stakeholders in the Greater Louisville area.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and prepare data uploads from General Ledger sources to third-party partners, ensuring timely resolution of outstanding property tax items
• Post General Ledger/payment data to Excel for tracking property tax payments and prepare journal entries for accounts
• Collaborate with internal and external partners to resolve property tax tracking issues and prepare accounts payable payment requests

Required qualifications

• Associates degree with 2+ years of relevant experience or 5+ years of relevant experience
• Strong analytical skills and advanced proficiency in Excel
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Initiative-taking and effective communication skills across all organizational levels
• Experience with account reconciliation and property tax record maintenance
