A company is looking for a Property Tax Appeals & Valuations Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the valuation and appeals processes for a portfolio of self-storage facilities
• Provide technical guidance on property valuations, appeals, and litigation
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and third-party consultants to ensure accurate property tax management

Required Qualifications

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field
• 3+ years of property tax-related experience, including valuation and appeals
• Proficiency with real estate valuation models and standard office software
• Relevant valuation designations preferred, such as CMI or CCIM
