Job Summary

A company is looking for a Property Tax Specialist who will manage property tax records and payments while supporting homeowners with tax-related issues.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute daily operations for servicing, including tax payment processing and escrow management
• Monitor outsourced tax vendors and ensure timely payment of property taxes
• Assist homeowners with tax-related inquiries and issues

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred
• 2+ years of experience in mortgage servicing or tax service provider roles
• Experience with Freddie Mac or Fannie Mae servicing preferred
• Minimum education requirement: High school diploma or GED equivalent required
• Ability to collaborate in cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment
