Job Summary

A company is looking for a Property Tax Specialist who will manage property tax payments and related escrow functions.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute daily operations for property tax servicing and ensure timely payments
• Monitor escrow sufficiency and oversee tax-related disbursements
• Resolve tax-related issues for homeowners and manage vendor communications

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred
• 2+ years of experience in mortgage servicing or tax services
• Experience with Freddie Mac or Fannie Mae servicing preferred
• Minimum education requirement: High school diploma or GED equivalent required
• Experience in cross-functional team collaboration in a fast-paced environment
