Prophet 21 Business Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a P21 Technical Business Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day support for Prophet 21 ERP users, including troubleshooting issues related to the software
• Act as the primary point of contact for end users requiring assistance with Prophet 21
• Perform system updates, patches, and troubleshooting to resolve technical issues within Prophet 21

Qualifications

• Proven experience (5-10 years) providing support for Prophet 21 in a Business Analyst role
• Strong technical troubleshooting skills with the ability to resolve issues quickly and efficiently
• Familiarity with SQL and the ability to query and analyze databases to diagnose issues
• Previous experience in a distribution, manufacturing, or supply chain environment is highly preferred
• Proven experience in developing forms and reports within P21
