Job Summary

A company is looking for a Proposal Analyst to support proposal management and market research within the public sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead market research initiatives to identify trends and opportunities in state and local government markets
• Collaborate with Proposal Managers to ensure compliance with proposal requirements and documentation
• Prepare and submit proposal packages, administrative forms, and conduct procurement research

Required Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience in proposal administration, research, or analyst support
• Knowledge of state and local government procurement processes is highly recommended
• Must be located in EST or CST
• Strong analytical and research capabilities
• Ability to manage multiple proposals simultaneously under tight deadlines
