Proposal Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Proposal Analyst to lead end-to-end proposal development for utility-focused RFPs.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the full proposal lifecycle from RFP release through submission and interview support
• Ensure RFP compliance, including formatting, page limits, and required documentation
• Coordinate and facilitate contributions from cross-functional teams across regions

Required Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in proposal, technical, compliance, or grant writing
• Experience managing end-to-end proposals
• Strong project management and stakeholder coordination skills
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Experience with utility, public sector, or regulated RFPs preferred
