Proposal Analyst

Job Summary

Supporting the proposal development process, the full-time Proposal Analyst will acquire necessary information, advise on proposal-related matters, and ensure compliance with client specifications while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Acquires information and resources to develop accurate and complete proposals
• Analyzes proposal requirements and coordinates proposal-related activities to meet deadlines
• Reviews and edits proposal content for clarity, consistency, and adherence to guidelines

Required qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in proposal support, technical writing, or a related field
• Demonstrated RFP writing experience, preferably in proposal development
• Understanding of basic proposal processes, RFP structures, and compliance requirements
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines and coordinate activities effectively
• Preferred Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
