Proposal Analyst

Job Summary

Managing the proposal process for RFPs and RFIs, the full-time remote Proposal Analyst will organize and oversee requests to support new business acquisition and client retention while collaborating with various business units.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the proposal, RFP, and RFI process in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment
• Foster collaboration between different business units using strong leadership and organizational skills
• Develop compliant, competitive, and compelling proposal deliverables based on solicitation requirements

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• 3 - 5 years of experience in preparing proposals, RFPs, and RFIs
• Proficiency with SharePoint, Salesforce, MS Excel, and Adobe preferred
