Proposal Analyst III

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Proposal Analyst III to manage and coordinate RFP processes for new business acquisition and client retention.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and project manage the RFP process in a fast-paced environment
• Gather information and expertise to address RFP questions regarding insurance products and services
• Develop compliant and competitive proposal deliverables based on solicitation requirements

Required Qualifications and Education

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field preferred; additional experience may substitute for degree
• At least 6 years of experience in group employee benefits from the insurance vendor or broker side
• 2-3 years of experience in RFP/RFI/procurement solicitation or sourcing contracts
• 2 years of stakeholder management experience, preferably supporting sales teams
