Proposal Analyst III

Job Summary

Managing the RFP process in a fast-paced environment, the full-time remote Proposal Analyst III will plan, organize, and oversee multiple proposals, ensuring compliance and competitiveness while collaborating with subject matter experts.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage the RFP process, coordinating with stakeholders to gather necessary information
• Develop final presentation materials and proposal deliverables that meet solicitation requirements
• Utilize project leadership skills to ensure timely and effective proposal submissions

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related field preferred; additional experience may substitute
• At least 6 years of experience in group employee benefits from the insurance vendor or broker side
• 2-3 years of experience in RFP/RFI/Procurement solicitation/sourcing contracts
• Minimum of 2 years of stakeholder management experience, preferably supporting sales teams
• Proven ability to adapt to competing demands and shifting priorities
