Proposal and Bid Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Proposal and Bid Specialist to develop winning proposals in collaboration with Subject Matter Experts.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist pursuit teams in identifying winning strategies and crafting differentiated messages
• Review, edit, and produce compelling proposals while managing timelines and deliverables
• Participate in and project manage the proposal process from opportunity stage to submission

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, English, Communications, Journalism, or Technical Writing
• 3-5 years of experience in pursuit content strategy or content marketing in relevant industries
• Strong background in business writing and understanding of AP and GPO style manuals
• Experience with government proposal development processes is preferred
• Advanced knowledge of MS Office Suite; Adobe Suite knowledge is a plus
