Proposal and Bid Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Proposal & Bid Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify relevant public tenders and develop strategies to win them
• Create compelling, customer-focused proposals and presentations with interdisciplinary teams
• Maintain and update the proposal and template library, and prepare contract documents in collaboration with Account Management and Legal

Required Qualifications

• Background in business administration, law, marketing, or related fields, or equivalent experience
• At least 5 years of experience in proposal, tender, or business development environments
• Fluency in German and English; proficiency in French or Italian is a significant advantage
• Experience collaborating with Sales, Product, and Legal teams
• Familiarity with CRM, proposal, or content management systems
