Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development of RFP responses, ensuring accuracy and alignment with organizational strategy
• Develop and maintain a centralized content library and support the creation of external-facing materials
• Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure the quality and competitiveness of RFP submissions

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in English, Communications, Marketing, Business, Healthcare Administration, or related field
• 3-5 years of experience in proposal writing, grant writing, or technical writing
• Experience managing complex, deadline-driven writing projects
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
