Proposal and Content Writer

Job Summary

Focused on crafting compelling narratives, the full-time remote Proposal and Content Writer will manage end-to-end RFP responses and develop marketing content to effectively communicate the company's innovative approach to traffic safety and enforcement.

Key responsibilities

• Own RFP responses from opportunity identification to contract award, ensuring compliance and creativity in proposals
• Conduct thorough research on municipalities to tailor responses and highlight relevant data and insights
• Create a content playbook and produce various marketing materials, maintaining a consistent voice across all publications

Required qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience in proposal writing and marketing or editorial content
• Background in a fast-growing startup within govtech, public safety, or civic tech
• Proven track record of winning contracts against larger competitors through strong proposals
• Ability to conduct municipal research and synthesize regulatory language
• Experience building proposal or content infrastructure, including templates and asset banks
