Proposal and Contract Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate Proposal and Contract Analyst to support the development of proposals and contracts for commercial clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the development of client documents in collaboration with P&C leads and operational teams
• Prepare and manage project-specific contract documents and RFPs for third-party vendors
• Research special topics and assist with content development and administration tasks

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 2 years of professional work experience or equivalent education/work experience
• Ability to self-organize and multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Word; competency in Microsoft Excel and Adobe Acrobat preferred
• Professional demeanor and ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
