Proposal and Contract Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Proposal and Contract Manager for a 12-18 months contract.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the proposal development process, including RFP response activities and financial estimations
• Prepare and finalize proposal documents, ensuring collaboration with the business development team
• Manage project-related agreements and provide status updates to leadership on active assignments

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Science or Business; a Master's degree is an asset
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in clinical research within the biotechnology, pharmaceutical, or CRO industry
• Experience with RFPs, RFIs, and financial project management
• Strong proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint applications
• Good knowledge of clinical practices and applicable regulatory guidelines
