Job Summary

A company is looking for a Proposal and Contract Manager.

Key Responsibilities

Lead RFP response activities and analyze opportunities to prepare proposals
Prepare financial estimates, budgets, and finalize proposal documents
Maintain proposal and contract status in the CRM database and provide updates to leadership

Required Qualifications

B.Sc. in a field relevant to clinical research; Master's degree is an asset
Minimum of 2 years' experience in clinical research in the biotechnology, pharmaceutical, or CRO industry
Minimum of 2 years' experience with RFPs, RFIs, and related documentation
Experience with proposal automation software is an asset
Strong mastery of Excel and proficiency in Word and PowerPoint applications
