Proposal and Sourcing Manager

Job Summary

Acting as the client liaison, the full-time remote Proposal and Sourcing Manager will compile meeting specifications, source hotels, create budgets, and negotiate contract terms to ensure client satisfaction in the life sciences sector.

Key responsibilities:

• Serve as the sourcing lead and primary contact for clients throughout the sourcing process
• Create meeting specifications and budgets while negotiating terms with selected hotels
• Maintain high standards of professionalism and integrity in all interactions and deliverables

Required qualifications:

• Minimum of five years of experience in sourcing, project, event, or meeting management, with at least two years in procurement
• Proven negotiation skills and experience in developing client and supplier relationships
• Strong knowledge of program/event/meeting management and budget maintenance
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
• Eager to learn with a high level of coachability and a growth mindset
