Proposal Associate

Job Summary

To support the preparation of proposals for clinical studies, the remote Proposal Associate will manage the generation of quotations, assist with budget reconciliations, and ensure timely communication with business development teams.

Key responsibilities:

• Prepare quotations for protocols, bid requests, and study revisions using pricing tools
• Complete budget to actual reconciliations at predetermined time points during awarded studies
• Coordinate quotation generation to ensure smooth business process flow and assist with proposal tracking

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in science, business, or marketing-related discipline
• At least 1 year of experience in a pharmaceutical, clinical research, or healthcare environment, preferably in a Proposals role
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and experience with SalesForce preferred
• Ability to perform calculations and manage budgets related to clinical trials
• Familiarity with reading and interpreting clinical research protocols and business correspondence
