Proposal Benefits Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Proposal Benefits Analyst to support the development and delivery of commercial group proposals in a remote capacity.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate and audit large group new and renewal proposal exhibits in collaboration with sales and underwriting teams
• Create, modify, and audit Summary of Benefits and Coverage (SBC) documents and prepare benefit change grids
• Monitor proposal assignments, delegate tasks, and provide analytic support for project deliverables

Required Qualifications

• Associate's degree or higher
• 1-3 years of experience in benefits administration or a related field
• Experience in health insurance, particularly with commercial group insurance, is highly preferred
• Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM tools is highly preferred
• General understanding of operational and administrative processes related to sales and account management
