Proposal Compliance Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Proposal/Compliance Manager to lead the development of compliant and compelling proposal submissions for federal customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead pre-RFP activities, including schedule development and compliance management
• Write and edit major proposal sections and ensure alignment with solicitation instructions
• Collaborate with various teams to define win themes and manage proposal production

Required Qualifications

• At least 10 years of experience with a Master's degree or 12 years with a Bachelor's degree
• Expert knowledge of federal proposal processes and compliance requirements
• Strong understanding of federal procurement practices and evaluation criteria
• Experience with proposal collaboration environments and productivity tools
• Proven ability to coach contributors and guide authoring teams effectively
