Proposal Consultant

Job Summary

Supporting the sales support team, the full-time Proposal and Communications Consultant will develop and deliver proposals, RFP/RFI responses, and presentation materials while working remotely in the United States.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the development and submission of written proposals and RFP/RFI responses, ensuring compliance with client requirements
• Collaborate with sales and account management to create presentation materials and provide strategic support throughout the pursuit process
• Conduct research and gather information to enhance proposal content and develop reusable materials for future sales efforts

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required
• Minimum 2 years of experience in proposal development and responding to RFIs/RFPs
• Strong written communication skills with a command of English grammar and structure
• Proficiency in MS Word, PowerPoint, and Excel, along with experience using RFP management tools
• Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines and work independently with minimal supervision
