Key Responsibilities

• Design and manage the proposal content knowledgebase, ensuring accuracy and organization
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to create compelling content that aligns with brand guidelines
• Conduct regular content audits and updates to maintain the relevance and usability of the knowledgebase

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Communications, or related field, or equivalent experience
• 4 years of professional writing experience, preferably in proposal development or content management
• Experience in a healthcare, pharmacy benefit management, or health insurance environment is preferred
• Familiarity with proposal management platforms and RFP processes is advantageous
• Ability to work collaboratively and interact respectfully with colleagues
