Job Summary

To support client acquisition and retention efforts, the full-time remote Proposal Content Manager will design and maintain the proposal content knowledgebase, oversee RFP response editing, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance proposal quality and productivity.

Key responsibilities
  • Seek, build, and edit content for proposals and sales documents across various markets
  • Oversee the accuracy and organization of library content to keep the proposal knowledgebase current
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to translate complex concepts into clear value propositions
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Communications, or related field, or equivalent experience
  • 4 years of professional writing experience, preferably in proposal development or content management
  • Experience in a healthcare, pharmacy benefit management, or health insurance environment is strongly preferred
  • Familiarity with proposal management platforms and content repositories
  • Knowledge of RFP processes and proposal lifecycle management is preferred
