Job Summary

A company is looking for a Proposal Coordinator to lead the administrative and organizational aspects of the proposal development process for government opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze RFPs, develop compliance matrices, and ensure submission requirements are met
  • Coordinate proposal schedules, color team reviews, and manage workflow for timely submissions
  • Maintain document control, manage digital repositories, and oversee final proposal quality checks
Required Qualifications:
  • 4-6+ years of experience in proposal coordination or production within government contracting
  • Strong understanding of FAR, DFARS, and agency-specific procurement requirements
  • Proficiency with proposal tools such as SharePoint, PMC, and Deltek
  • Bachelor's degree in English, Communications, Marketing, or a related field
