Job Summary
A company is looking for a Proposal Coordinator to lead the administrative and organizational aspects of the proposal development process for government opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze RFPs, develop compliance matrices, and ensure submission requirements are met
- Coordinate proposal schedules, color team reviews, and manage workflow for timely submissions
- Maintain document control, manage digital repositories, and oversee final proposal quality checks
Required Qualifications:
- 4-6+ years of experience in proposal coordination or production within government contracting
- Strong understanding of FAR, DFARS, and agency-specific procurement requirements
- Proficiency with proposal tools such as SharePoint, PMC, and Deltek
- Bachelor's degree in English, Communications, Marketing, or a related field
