Job Summary

A company is looking for a Proposal Coordinator to manage the end-to-end proposal process and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in producing proposal artifacts such as SOWs, pricing tables, and T&Cs
  • Coordinate and edit proposal input from various stakeholders to ensure clarity and compliance
  • Manage proposal response schedules and participate in proposal knowledge management processes
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, graphic design, English, journalism, or relevant experience
  • Over 2 years of experience in analyzing RFXs and developing proposal documents
  • Expertise in Adobe Acrobat Pro and Microsoft Office Suite, with advanced MS Word skills
  • 1-2 years of business experience, preferably in the IT public sector industry
  • APMP membership/certification is preferred
