Job Summary
A company is looking for a Proposal Coordinator to manage and coordinate proposal submissions for federal government clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full lifecycle of proposal submissions, ensuring accuracy and compliance
- Coordinate content from various departments and maintain communication with internal and external stakeholders
- Support process improvement initiatives and maintain organized proposal records
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, English, or a related field
- 3-5 years of experience in proposal coordination or bid management within federal IT services
- Familiarity with government procurement processes
- Experience managing RFP/RFQ submissions and coordinating cross-functional input
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and SharePoint
