Job Summary

A company is looking for a Proposal/Business Coordinator to support the Business Development team in managing proposal tasks for government contracts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct market research and analyze procurement data to identify trends and competitive positioning
  • Assist in the development, editing, and formatting of proposal documents to ensure compliance with RFP requirements
  • Coordinate proposal schedules and materials to maintain clarity and accuracy across all documents
Required Qualifications
  • Minimum 3+ years of federal contracting experience
  • Experience with Department of Defense (DOD) and federal agencies proposal development
  • Strong knowledge of federal acquisition sites and compliance standards
  • Familiarity with compliance requirements, including FAR and DFARS
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, English, Communications, or a related field
