Job Summary
To support the Business Development team, the full-time remote Proposal Coordinator will manage analysis tasks, gather information, and edit and format proposals for government contracts, ensuring timely and accurate submissions.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct market research and analyze procurement data to identify trends and competitive positioning
- Assist in the development, editing, and formatting of proposal documents to ensure compliance with RFP requirements
- Coordinate and manage proposal schedules and materials to maintain clarity and accuracy across all documents
Required qualifications
- Minimum 3+ years of federal contracting experience
- Experience with Department of Defense (DOD) and other federal agencies proposal development
- Strong knowledge of federal acquisition sites, compliance standards, and proposal best practices
- Familiarity with compliance requirements, including FAR and DFARS
- Bachelor's degree in Business, English, Communications, or a related field
