Job Summary

Supporting the development of winning proposals for federal government contracts, the fully remote Proposal Coordinator will manage the proposal process from opportunity review to submission, including leading RFI responses and maintaining the proposal library.

Key responsibilities:
  • Lead the schedule and development of responses to federal government requests, including sources sought and market research
  • Provide full professional support to the AVP of Proposals and Growth during capture and active proposals, including template creation and team management
  • Manage post-submission activities such as updating the proposal library and coordinating proposal tracking data
Required qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as English, Communications, or Business
  • 1 - 3+ years of experience in proposal development, preferably in federal contracting or related industries
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
  • U.S. Citizenship is required
  • Flexibility to work irregular hours, including evenings and weekends, to meet deadlines
