Job Summary
Supporting the successful pursuit of federal government opportunities, the part-time Proposal Coordinator will manage proposal development activities, coordinate cross-functional collaboration, and ensure compliance while working remotely and averaging 20 hours per week.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the planning, organization, and execution of federal proposal efforts from solicitation release through submission
- Coordinate proposal kickoff meetings and maintain proposal schedules, compliance matrices, and deliverable checklists
- Assist Capture Managers and facilitate cross-functional collaboration throughout the opportunity lifecycle
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
- 3+ years of professional experience in program management, project management, or related fields
- Exceptional organizational and project coordination skills
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
