Job Summary

Supporting the successful pursuit of federal government opportunities, the part-time Proposal Coordinator will manage proposal development activities, coordinate cross-functional collaboration, and ensure compliance while working remotely and averaging 20 hours per week.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the planning, organization, and execution of federal proposal efforts from solicitation release through submission
  • Coordinate proposal kickoff meetings and maintain proposal schedules, compliance matrices, and deliverable checklists
  • Assist Capture Managers and facilitate cross-functional collaboration throughout the opportunity lifecycle
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
  • 3+ years of professional experience in program management, project management, or related fields
  • Exceptional organizational and project coordination skills
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
