Job Summary

Responsible for managing the bid process from start to finish, the full-time remote Proposal Coordinator will compile and organize responses to solicitations for educational furnishings and consulting services, collaborating with various internal teams and ensuring timely contract renewals.

Key responsibilities
  • Review bid solicitations and create compliance matrices by analyzing requirements
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to gather necessary information for bid responses
  • Maintain contracts calendar and database, ensuring timely renewals and executing ad-hoc requests
Required qualifications
  • College degree or equivalent required
  • 1-2 years of experience managing the bid process from sourcing to submission
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and Adobe Acrobat
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively
  • Experience with project management tools and bid portals is a plus
