Job Summary

A company is looking for a Proposal Coordinator and Writer.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Review and understand solicitation documents
  • Create proposal artifacts and draft proposal content
  • Ensure proposal compliance, incorporate win themes, and manage proposal workspaces

Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
  • 3-5 years of proposal development experience, with a focus on government proposals
  • Knowledge of RFP lifecycle management and federal procurement regulations
  • Completion of Shipley's Proposal Management and Proposal Development course preferred
  • Experience with proposal automation software preferred
