Proposal Developer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Proposal Developer to support the Business Development Operations team in creating and updating proposals and sales documentation.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and analyze client RFIs, RFPs, and related documents to assess deliverables
• Draft proposals and responses to customer RFIs for review and finalization
• Develop and maintain proposal templates and content libraries, and manage proposal documentation

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in sales, marketing, or proposal development, preferably in the CRO/Pharmaceutical field
• Knowledge of the drug development process is preferred
• Experience with Loopio RFP software is preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Adobe, and PowerPoint
• Ability to interpret RFIs/RFPs and internal budget documents
