Proposal Developer - Renewables

Job Summary

To support the development of high-quality technical proposals and project cost estimates, the full-time remote Proposal Developer - Renewables will manage the proposal process, coordinate pursuit teams, and create compelling proposal content while collaborating with various internal stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Lead assigned Renewables proposal efforts from intake through final submission, including planning, scheduling, and document development
• Review RFPs and client requirements to identify compliance needs and develop accurate, persuasive proposal content
• Facilitate proposal reviews and manage proposal documentation, ensuring on-time and compliant submissions

Required qualifications

• Associate or bachelor's degree in communications, marketing, project management, engineering, technology, renewable energy, or a related field
• 2-6 years of experience in proposal development, project coordination, or related work in Power, Renewables, or consulting environments
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Teams
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent pursuits in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• Must have authorization to work permanently in the U.S
