Job Summary

A company is looking for a Proposal Development Specialist to support proposal management and market research in the public sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead market research initiatives to identify trends and opportunities within state and local government markets
• Collaborate with Proposal Managers to ensure compliance with proposal requirements and documentation
• Prepare and manage proposal submission packages and assist in proofing and editing tasks throughout the proposal lifecycle

Required Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience in proposal administration, research, or analyst support
• Knowledge of state and local government procurement processes is highly recommended
• Must be located in EST or CST
• Strong analytical and research capabilities
• Ability to support multiple proposals simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines
