Proposal Development Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Proposal Development Analyst to support proposal development for pharmacy benefit management opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Support RFP/RFI opportunities and comply with proposal development policies
• Create and maintain consultant templates and refine SOPs for RFP responses
• Assist in managing the RFP response database and contribute to content management improvements

Required Qualifications

• Undergraduate bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Marketing, or Communications
• 1+ years of experience in proposal writing, project management, or benefits consulting
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Adobe, and RFP library software
• Knowledge of healthcare industry trends and best practices
• Ability to write in plain language and demonstrate a passion for learning about pharmacy benefits products
