Job Summary
Supporting business development efforts, the full-time remote RFP Associate will assist in the development and submission of strategic proposals, coordinate proposal schedules, and manage content organization while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinates proposal schedules, work plans, and internal reviews to ensure timely completion of deliverables
- Assists in proposal writing, editing, and formatting to maintain compliance and quality throughout the proposal lifecycle
- Provides administrative support for legal activities related to customer contracting and vendor onboarding
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in English, Communications, Business, Public Administration, or a related field preferred
- 3-5 years of experience in proposal writing, proposal coordination, or contracts administration required
- Previous experience in the education sector strongly preferred
- Highly proficient in MS Office suite and comfortable with document and workflow systems
- Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines
