Job Summary
To support a dynamic team, the full-time remote Proposal Development Coordinator will lead the development of winning proposals, collaborating with multidisciplinary staff to create compelling content and ensure compliance with client requirements.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee the proposal development lifecycle and collaborate with staff to execute the proposal process
- Provide strategic leadership in developing win themes and integrating them into proposal responses
- Revise and edit content from various contributors to maintain a consistent tone and flow throughout proposals
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, English, Communications, Business, or a related field
- Four or more years of relevant professional experience, particularly in public sector solicitation responses
- Strong business/technical writing background in government services or business-to-business contexts
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Office, with intermediate-to-expert skills in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Experience with enterprise sales and workflow software, such as Salesforce and MS Teams, is beneficial
