Job Summary

A company is looking for a Proposal Development Director.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end development of reactive and proactive proposals, ensuring timely and high-quality responses
• Build and maintain a centralized proposal content library and establish frameworks for proposal creation
• Partner with cross-functional teams to gather inputs, manage timelines, and ensure proposal accuracy

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in proposal development or strategic sales support in B2B technology or healthcare
• Proven experience managing end-to-end proposal processes, including RFP responses and custom proposals
• Experience building or scaling proposal/content infrastructure
• Ability to operate independently and drive outcomes in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with healthcare interoperability standards (HL7, FHIR, USCDI) is a strong plus
