Proposal Development Lead

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Proposal Development Lead to manage the proposal development process and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the proposal development process from RFP receipt through submission, ensuring collaboration with subject matter experts and external partners
• Write persuasive and RFP-compliant proposal content while maintaining the proposal development schedule
• Coordinate proposal production and submission activities, including post-submission support and documentation of lessons learned

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or 5+ years of relevant experience in writing and editing complex proposals
• 5+ years of experience leading proposal development for complex RFPs/RFIs/RFQs/RFAs
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, SharePoint, Salesforce, and experience with internet research
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional proposal teams without direct authority
• Experience with proposal automation tools and content libraries is a plus
