Proposal Development Manager
Job Summary
To support proposal development efforts, the full-time remote Proposal Development Manager will interpret RFPs and RFIs, coordinate with business development leads and subject matter experts, and build compelling responses that address sponsor requirements.
Key responsibilities:
- Interpret and assess RFPs/RFIs to create responses that differentiate offerings and meet sponsor needs
- Coordinate with internal teams to develop operational strategies and budgets for proposals
- Continuously improve proposal development processes by incorporating technology and maintaining internal libraries
Required qualifications:
- Advanced understanding of CROs, scientific and clinical data, and the drug development process
- 3 to 6 years of experience in proposals, pricing, or related roles within the CRO industry
- Bachelor's degree in a scientific discipline, finance, or equivalent experience; advanced degree preferred
- Proficiency in organizing and maintaining records using CRM and SharePoint
- Extensive experience in authoring and managing complex proposals
